Most disgusting service in the world

<p>Standard put through a payment of R10 000 without there being any funds in my account to pay it !!! When I phone them, they tell me because of my "PROFiLE" they honored the payment . Never in my life have I ever heard of a bank paying money when 1st you don't have the money and 2nd without the account holders permission. They refuse to reverse it because my profile as a good client, honored the payment. ********** !!! The manager I spoke to Ashley, wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, made me so upset that I was almost in tears. Standard bank is the worst bank , their system error , they couldn't care less about their clients or even try to acknowledge they are at fault and try sort it out. </p>
