Most Chaotic Bank

I have had enough of Standard Bank's pathetic service. We have been struggling with Standard Bank for month's now and you are busy messing up my husband's credit record because the people in your bank doesn't know how to do their jobs. You are the most pathetic bank when it comes to assisting customers and excuses is unlimited with your bank. We have been dealing with various people and after months of fighting your fixed a problem but now you keep stating that our payment is late and it is not late. You are causing my husband’s credit score to be affected and we are currently in the process of buying a house and now this will affect us again because of your utter bull**** of a bank.

I want a manager to call me or my husband not a consultant a manager cause I have had enough of consultants and their idiotic excuses.
