MOST TERRIBLE BANK

I have an account with standard bank Barely used it because they fees are so high and they charge for everything

I have been to the bank so many times to close this account unfortunately to be turned away because they have so few *********** people working that take hours with 1 client As for the manger as Kwa dukuza she doesn't come out or very busy I have also called and emailed to close this account however I haven't gotten anywhere I'm a working class person and cannot take more unpaid days to sit at a bank and not get service ! It's pathetic
