MOST APPALLING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AFTER HAVING BANKED WITH THEM

I have banked with standard bank all my life and this is the thanks I get for banking with them!! My debit order goes off on the 25th of each month and all has been well over the last 7 years till today where standard decides to deduct money from my account when I have not even been paid as yet. I call the private banking line and yet the consultant tells me he can't help me at all and that I need to call the loans department for the to help me!! For God's sake this affects my credit record standard bank might not care about it's clients and only cares about the money but this affects our lives!!!
