Mortgagebond

My name is Mosele Letta Mkhontwana I was married in the community of property and divorced in 2015 my ex-husband took a mortgage bond with Standard bank he decided not to pay the mortgage bond anymore and he moved out and left us in that house in Bedworthpark, on the divorce settlement he demanded his house because it was a mortgage bond house. By that time I was not working. I had to move out with the kids to look for a new place to stay. By that time the summons was issued by ombudsman. I was not even bought out I got nothing from that house. The standard bank agents called me in those years telling me that I need to pay the bond, I narrated the story to the agent and the agent asked me to send the bank our divorce decree I did not get any response from the standard bank. In 2019 if I'm not mistaken I was called again by the agent asking me to pay and I told the agent that I am not staying in that house how should I pay for something that I am not using she said to me but you are attached to the mortgage bond as you signed the papers and you were married in community of property. I told the agent to trace my ex-husband because he is still working. When I try to buy a car through the car sales agents at the garages that R680 000 of the mortgage bond does appear in my name. If possible can I be assisted to remove that attachment on my name?.
