MORE PROBLEMS AGAIN WITH STD BANK

This is the second time i am osting a bad review within 2 months. The debit order for my bond has not gone off. The money has been in the account for several days waiting for it to be taken off. INSTEAD STD BANK BILLS ME AN EXTRA R93. what if there was no extra amont in my account. WHAT IS THE EXTRA R93 THAT I AM BEING BILLED FOR? PLEASE GET SOMEONE COMPETENT TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP. My debit order has not gone off for my bond yet. HOW DO YOU GUYS WORK. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR 9 YEARS. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I AM HAVING PROBLEMS MONTH AFTER MONTH. PLEASE GET THIS SORT ASAP I will be phoning to the OMBUSMAN FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES on Monday morning.
