MORE problems.
<p>So after my post last week, you guys got in contact with me concerning the plumber (claim number: 16/055960) and I was very pleased with this. However, my pleasure once again turned into disappointment when I was very emphatically promised a phone call (by Tamsee? Can't remember her name) by the end of the week because it is now the end of the week and I have yet to receive her call. Once again, it's not the first time this has happened and I can't help but feel extreme disappointment that I am once again being let down. </p>
