Monthly service fee charges

This is to complain about the fact that Standard bank cannot figure out or rather stop their system from unnecessary service fee charges on my Credit Card!<br> I discovered a few months back that I've been charged a service fee of R35/month on my Credit card account! From what I remembered, back in the day, when I was upgraded to the Titanium package, the monthly charge was fixed(currently R179, I think), & also included the Credit card annual card charge!<br> Well, in querring this, Standard Bank agreed I was correct & that they would refund me albeit only for a few months prior to that(never mind the fees they scored from me for all the years prior, since inception), which they in fact did do!<br> Anyway, I've had to call month after month to have the monthly service fee reversed as they just continue charging me!<br> Everytime the agent says(after the friendly courtesy apology) that they would rebundle my package, escalate the problem, refund that month's fee & have someone call me......, up to now, all that happens is that immediate refund!<br> So, while this complaint moves forward, I'm planning my next call as I've been charged once again!
