Monthly Charges on a dormant account
My account has been handed over to debt review, and been paying R1460 off every month to settle the debt BUT I'm still being charged monthly fees on my debit card savings account. Why should I be charged monthly fees if I am not even using the account or the bank for over 3 years now. How can I close this account?
