Month 5 and still no resolution

Took out Standard Bank insurance. Awesome salesman. Getting it undone due to bad administration is a nightmare. Now I am told that the policy will be terminated at the end of May? How can it be active if it was terminated last month and the month before. Standard Bank......learn from FNB. Let me do my stuff online with no human intervention from your side!
