Monies not safe at banks

Standard bank is not safe at all, every month there is money being debited from my account and I have to go reverse the monies. Even when I have no money left the debits goes through and am charged for dishonored debits of thing s I do not know. Going in to the branch for help is useless they give you the phone numbers to call mind you , you know nothing about the companies taking all those amounts and its different companies every month. So we get charged to put our moneys on the banks but our money is not protected. I am thinking of changing to other banks cause this is now getting out of hands
