Monies effectively ******

<p>Standard Bank has unduly levied and deducted a total amount of R1 094.00 from my credit card account, despite me paying a bundled account fee which includes a credit card. I just ascertained from their call centre (after numerous attempts to address this problem) that their system somehow "unbundled" my credit card and thus they charged the fees. I also confirmed that I was not liable to these service fees in light of the bundle fee that I pay every month. I cannot fathom how Standard Bank can be entitled to deduct undue fees from any account! This is actually theft!</p>
