Monica a Legend in the making (Customer Service)
Monica in Standard Bank Customer Service is always the best , she reports to Mike Dlamini, she has always been the best agent I have spoken too. SBSA I appreciate the service from her since the IVR never lets me rate her. This is her 10/10
