Money withheld for no reason

i received a payment for my hard labour from Anglo mine in Ghana on the 16th of july 2015 i was able to make two payments for my employees which one received his money as hes using FNB acc yet one of them using a Standard bank never received his payment due to my acc being frozen.<br> ive been calling the bank since then which they told me they just need to confirm with Anglo Ghana even now no one is coming back to me.<br> They told me this matter is been handled by the FCCU and whenever i call their number on *** they keep on passing my call to different people.<br> I have spoken to a lady called Lebo Phora whose been promising to call me back even now im still waiting<br> I called again now spoke to Tairi who told me her manager is in a meeting which is what they always tell me and im still waiting.
