money withdrawn in my bank account

Last year 24 August 2014 R2600 was fradulently withdrawn by somebody in my bank acc.I went to Standard Bank and i gave them all the evidence and additionthey asked me to forward them an itemised billing of my mobile number which i struggled to get.I did finally get it and faxed it to Standard Bank and then they told me the itemised billing i sent them does not show the time and i have never got my money back to this day.
