money withdrawn from account but never received it

i withdrew money from an express machine but money didnt come out but i received an sms saying it did. i went to the Dzanani centre for help and they logged it. i was told if i dont receive the money by the 13/03/15 then i must go to the branch. The 13th came and i went to the branch in kempton park and they couldnt assist me. i called the contact centre and i was told it was closed due to incorrect log. the sweet guy who helped me transferred me back to the dzanani branch for them to log it again. they then gave me another date for the 01/04/15. still nothing.<br> <br> i received an sms saying that my SR was resolved and i will be contacted with the details. no one contacted me. on the 04/04/14 i called on the 10/04/15 and they told me that the account that was logged under was incorrect. i have never experienced any problem with standard bank and i dont wanna start now. please resolved my issue before i follow everyone to FNB. i love standard bank but this is become an issue. i know its a small amount of money but at the end of the day, its my money.
