Money withdrawn - *****

Money was withdrawn from my grandma's account and and we cannot locate which store or town it was taken from . The money went out while my grandma is sitting a home .

Can someone please help , the ref that is on the sms is *** and the money that was withdrawn is R2500.00 @14:06 on the 27 May .
