Money withdrawen from my Card

I have a problem with standard bank money was withdrawen from my account while i was at the ATM my card got stuck R2000 was withdrawen according to standard bank investigation it was a ******ry but the card got stuck @the machine the other R2000 was swiped at unknown place @3:47am they said they still investigating up until today they still investigating an incident which happened on the 19th of December 2014 im dissapointed with standard bank and their patheic service and i went back to the new germany branch i laid a complaint they said they will do a follow up ,up until today they still doing that follow up and i waited they lady only called me once the so called people who are investigating they called me once as well i have never reciecved such service i wouldnt recoomend standard bank to anymore particulary varisty students.
