Money was deposited on the closed account

On the 28th Sep. 2015 I deposited amount of R300.00 to account no. *** for ME Matwalana.<br> I later realised that the account was closed and I went to the STD JHB at Harrison & Fox Street with the proof of payment and I was dealing with Mathlogonolo team leader(enquiry),he was not able to assist me. He escalated the matter to the manager who also failed to assist. I was told that my deposit does appear on their system and they'll investigate the matter. Up to today I have not heard anything from the bank nor have the bank reversed and pay back my money.
