money vanishes

i work as a waiter and i work shifs on my way to work i decide to stop by at an atm to withdraw some cash at a standard bank atm to my surprise the machine says my card has been swallowed but the problem is i still had my card so i decided to go into the branch and find out what the problem was i was told that i only had money in my acc so i explained that i have never lost my card and i have never shared my details with anyone all i got was there is nothing they can help with i have to report my case on the ***** line how crazy is that i mean R1500 gone just like that all i know is i want my money back
