Money transferred
I got an sms says R2536.38 transferred to acc..2960 when I call them they said they are the ones who transferred the money from my current account to business account. And I asked them how can they go to my accounts and do whatever they want without notifying me? And they said they have a right to do that.

I went to the branch sometime this year asking about this business account since am no longer using it and they said I cannot close it without paying the money that I owe (bank charges) and I cannot make any arrangements I will have to pay it full before it can be closed. Then asked the person that was helping me what If the bank took my money from my current account and I was told that they don't have right to do that.

Today am told that they have rights after they took my money without informing me. Is that right? and when I asked where is the close stating that, Unis 1108 was unable to answer that question and I further ask how come the standard bank staff does not know about that? I couldn't get answers.

What kind of business STD bank is running?????
Standard bank is playing with people's money.
I have a gold credit card with you and there is this cash finance charge that I do not understand it and when I spoke to card division they told me that it's fee that charged when I do cash withdrawl and to my suprise how can I withdrew R200 or R1000 and get charge R800 and something? where on earth does that comes from? I pay R1500 towards the credit card with a hope that it is reducing the amount that I owe and out of that R1500 that I am paying everymonth you keep on taking R800 and something and now looks like I am paying R600 and something towards the credit card and the sad part no one knows the % that is deducted and they keep on telling me that it's done by the system. According to my understang the system was programmed by the person.
I have Nedbank Gold credit card wich I did withdrew same as standard bank one and I am paying R1500 and that R1500 I could see that is reducing my debt and I can have access into it at anytime I need cash. Why is this standard bank different from any other banks? it's greedy taking advantage of the poor.
I need explanation ASAP. I cant be paying R1500 and R800 get's dissappeared. NO NO...this is a day light robery.
