money transfered out of my account without my cons

on the 18/08 i received a sms with R8661-00 transfered out of my card,i went to parktown branch same day<br> to find out whats happening they could no help because they could not see who took my money they promised my they cwill escalate the case i bee answered on the 21/o8 but no called me ***.i<br> went back on the 26/08 there was still no 1 that nows anything they told me it might be a personal loan i told<br> them but no 1 phoned me & make an agreement with me,on the same day i called the standard bank ombuds who game a *** im still waiting.standard bank doesn't care about its clients you can't take a persons money without letting them know how do they think i must support my family.on the 4/09 there was money again that was debited from my account again i phone they told me it will be reversed in 2 days but because of my bank its not done so i want to find out how does my bank treat us because this treatment they are giving us its stick,debit money R89.00 TIMES 2,99.00
