MONEY TRANSFERED FROM CURRENT ACC TO CREDIT CARD

Hi,<br> <br> I am going through financial problem, I did make arrangement to pay R200.00 until I'm OK, but standard bank transferred money from my cheque account to credit card for my arrears without my authorisation, the money was for my rent and food.<br> <br> they should at least considered I am paying what I can afford, instead of m,e not paying a cent. I'm totally unhappy, can they refund my money R3200 and only take the arrangement amount which I did pay already.
