money transfer

Standard Bank has failed to respond in time regarding my query from the 24th of June. They have my money and I have forwarded all the necessary paperwork. But still no response. They were quick to take my money but they slow to refund the money. This is such an inconvenience because I'm now in a financial burden thanks to standard Bank.
