Money that had to be pd back to my credit card

Since 2014 I have been fighting with Std bank to pay back an amount of R2371.36. I have been to the bank so many times I cant even remember. Then this person will contact me, then that one and so it goes on. I have sent emails by the dozens and still no finalization from them. I am getting to the point now where I want to tell everybody to stay away from Std bank as they are fast becoming one of the worst banks around.
