money taken without concern

We have the account with standard bank Matatiele. The same account we did not app**** for overdraft they decided to pay without contacting us. Any money went to the account they take to that overdraft we did not give a permission for. We need them to refund all the money taken with the charges. And we want to close the account to other bank who willing to communicate with us.
