Money Taken without Approval

standard bank just deducted money from my account without notify me. the last time i had from them was in 2013 however this year after 2years they just decided to go in my account and deduct money without notify me or contact me in any way. i have been to the bank to update my details but they didnt even bother to contact me. I want my money back to me it is ***** to take money in someone's account withou telling them what it is for. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY. thank you
