Money taken out of my account without consent
When I went to activate internet banking in my acc in end Oct last year- I was told that my account is closed, an amount of R1446.38 was deducted from my account for intererest charged on my account which I didnt use for 6 months.I opened two new accounts immediately after that because my salary had to go into that acc the following month. To make a long story short- somehow someone was authorised to go inot my NEW acc without my consent and deducted that same amount from this acc for the same fees. I logged this in the Somerset branch and someone there helped me to have this sorted and I think she spoke to a Basani Mabasa. None the less It was confirmed that the money would be put back into my acc. When I called Monday again to check, the agent I spoke to asked me the same questions over and over again. She wanted to know WHO promised me that I would get my money back- which let's me to believe that I wont get my money back and or Standard bank's staff is ***********. I'd like to know who gave you permission to take this money in the first place. I need to get my money back asap as I have people to pay!!!!!
