Money taken from my account & account closed after

On the 5th of February 2015 i received an sms that R200 was taken from my student account that i opened at Tsakane Mall. I went to Standard Bank Tsakane Mall and they told me that it's the first time they see something like this, because the money was taken and account close immediately. According to their records they didn't close the account. They told me they will investigate and let me know. Nhlanhla from that branch said he will call me Monday or Tuesday but he didn't call. A week later i went to the branch to ask for the update on this because a have been waiting, they told me that they still investigating as soon as its sorted they will let me know when to come and collect the card because they were going to open a new account form me. I waited until they called me on 3rd of March to come to the branch. I went to the branch on the 4th of March and they opened a new account for me and gave me a new card. Nhlanhla dealing with my query told me that the money will be in my account between the 5th and the 11th, until now i haven't received the money or update from the bank.
