Money taken from account R8500 in one month

<br> My husband was unemployed for over a year. Couldn't afford to make any payments in regards to his credit card and cheque account.<br> <br> <br> However he has made arrangements, as he has not started a job, of a payment of R500 a month towards both accounts. Bank has accepted this, and sent him a message <br> Saying that payment of R500 can be made.<br> <br> On 30 Jan his salary went into his bank account and amount of R5000 was taken off, he went to the bank and they said that they could not refund the money.<br> <br> Now 05 Feb bank has once again taken off another R3500, for the cheque account, when arrangement was made with them already for an amount of R500.<br> <br> Called the bank, saying that there cannot be a refund done.<br> <br> His trying to come to date with all our accounts, we haven't paid my electricity as yet. That's the money that bank has now taken off from his account, bank is refusing to give a refund.<br> <br> <br> Please can you help, we are really desperate trying to come to date with my Childs School fees, including electricity.
