money ******

I have already reported the matter on Hello Peter against my bank, standard Bank. I fail to understand why would the big bank like them fail to respond to my complain. Is it because I'm not one of their important clients.? Do they understand what its like to lose such money? What must I do now because they even don't want to send me an ombudsman referral form.
