Money Shortage from atm

Im disgusted by the way standard bank is handling my problem, I withdrew R2000 and got 9 two hundred notes and 1 sbv slip from the atm and the atm counted it as money so I was short payed by R200. Ans still in possession of that slip I queried this for about a month now and all that happens is I get new reference number to delay me some more, I have spend over 200 on the phone just by holding, if you think 200 is not a lot of money, then I rather move to another bank and mind you , not only have you lost me but my entire family as clients.<br> I banked with you guys for years and this is the gratitude I get, will be moving to another bank shortly.<br> <br>
