Money safer under my mattress

I woke up to a standard bank SMS that stated over R3000 was reversed back into my account. Which I found suspicious considering my monthly withdrawal limit isn't even R600. I found that over 3 grand was taken out my account. It was then reversed, but I still sit with a debit fee that isn't my fault. I phoned ***** line and Randy said she couldn't help because fee reversal can only be done at the branch. Which I find absurd because that fee was due to *****. She couldn't tell me where the ***** comes from, but it was reversed. I find it inconceivable that the bank didn't find it suspicious considering I don't have a credit card, and I only have a student achiever account. I would like to why the bank can't reverse the fees that I feel is ******* telephonically because, the transaction was *******. And why the last time I had a fee issue it could be resolved through email(even though it's still the same department). I would also like feedback on the ********** transaction, and why the bank reversed it so fast (are they trying to hid something?) when I don't have a credit card.
