Money retracted at Standardbank Atm

Im masea Rosa Molokomme who on the 20 January 2020 approximately 15:17 was depositing the amount of R2100 ,00 into standardbank atm no A192 at cnr Thabo Mbeki and schoeman street polokwane and the money was retracted by atm,i got inside the branch to enquire and they have lodge complain on their system and i receive and sms that shows that the matter can be resolved on the 27 of January 2020 as per ref *** which is way too far for me to wait for my money that i wanted to use on the same day of the incident,i need my Money as in yesterday ,ASAP, please
