Money retracted

Standard bank I have been struggling since December with guys about the money that got retracted from your atm on the 24th of December 2021. I withdrew money with my capitec card at your atm and the money got retracted, on the 12th of January 2022 capitec send me a message saying you guys refuse to deposit the money into my account. Now it's the 1st of February 2022 and I just called capitec and they say they are still waiting for you guys. I'm really getting tired of asking for my money to be deposited into my account now.
