MONEY RETRACTED
On Monday 9 July at 10H45 I want to draw R2000 from ATM no 1946 in Parow Beaconvale. The machine kept on saying "please take your money" but no money came out. The ATM retracted the money. I called the call centre and they said that I will be refunded within 24 hours. Still waiting for my money. I went to your Parow Centre Branch but the customers were standing almost outside the bank. I don't have time to waste like that. WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!!
