Money retracted

24th December 20201 I withdrew money at a standard bank atm using my capitec card and the money was retracted because I took too long to take the money. On the same day i went capitec and reported the matter but on the 12 January 2022 Capitec send me a message saying standard bank is refusing to return the money. On the same day I complained to capitec and standard here on hellopeter and capitec called saying the just waiting for standard bank again because standard haven't responded from the second complaint of January 2022. I also have not received any response after complaining here on hellopeter from standard bank, the said someone will contact me but till today the 25 January 2022 no one has said anything from standard bank. This whole thing happened in Standard bank Central park in Bloemfontein free state.
