Money retained in the ATM

Was depositing money in my account for debit orders. While depositing R650 at maponya mall standard bank my R250 got retained in the ATM, all I get from the staff is I need to stand in a long que while I was in a long que for the ATM. My problem with maponya standard bank they take issues lightly, if I miss my debit orders I am to pay for the interests or my other insurances will lapse. This is the second time I get such poor service, first my card was retained and I paid for the new card, like what kind of a bank is this. The branch manager is in no assistance just like the staff. This is really bad, I was warned about this bank and now I see how poor it is.
