money paid without my knowledge

I went to standard bank westville church road and I added to beneficiaries on my account for me to pay. Now today 1 March I got to pay my beneficiaries and 3000 is transferred to one account and they saying it's a ib future dated debit of which I did not authorise cause I pay two accounts to separate amounts of 2800. I put a limit on the eap payment. Now I can't pay my other account cause of a clear person putting a ib future date on my beneficiary account.im so annoyed cause I need to pay my other accounts and now I can't. I want my money reversed
