money not returned due to close account
On 18 july I paid an amountvof R4000 into a closed creditcard account *** .last week I phoned about this and a man from standardbank advise me that my money would be psid back to me on 23 july till now I havent heard anything.I slso send 2 emails to standardbank resolution center which thy not even acknowledge off revieving. I need the mony urgently to pay into the correct creditcard

I phoned on Friday were someone from standard bank told me that he will investigate and come back he never came back.Also I went into standard bank Meyerton were the lady send an email to the person assign to the case also nothing happened ***
