Money not received in the ATM

Good Day<br> <br> I went to an atm in Mabopane yesterday at about 10h45 to withdraw R2 000 but the cash never came out and received sms that R2 000 was withdrawn from my account.I never left the atm until i received the slip and the atm was temporarily out of order after i received my card and slip.<br> <br> This morning i called the Prestige bank and the lady took all my details and did security check and afterwards transfered me to the ATM monitoring centre,but to my suprice Thando who took my call just told me straight to go back to the ATM to look for the atm number.Firstly i used to work for Absa and by looking at the trasaction itself you can trace the atm number and confirm with the customer but Thando did not even bother to take my details and check my transaction maybe he could have seen something on the transaction.<br> <br> I'm far from where money was withdrawn but is also in Mabopane and i work in Randburg by the time i get home it will be late.I hope someone will assist my sms says EMV franchise *** and my slip says requested R2 000 and dispensed R0. 00.Will my money reverse automatically tonight or will you still need to investigate.<br> <br> Your response will be appreciated.<br> PM M
