Money missing for my savings account

I have had a Standard Bank account since Primary School and I am 22 years old now and I'm considering switching banks now. In 2015, I opened a savings account with a minimum of R50. During that year that R50 gradually became R20. Why was the bank removing money from my account? Why was interest not add to that amount??? I've gone to your branches numerous times trying to fix my internet banking issues to no avail. I'm constantly told that everything is in order but when I trying to register my card on the app it isn't allowed and you probably charge me a fee everytime I walk into your branch asking a consultant to assist me. Banks have absolutely no respect for their customers and we have trusted you with our hard earned money and all you do is contribute to *****ing it. Stop this. It's not right.
