Money missing

In January I made investment with the bank for six months for amount of R10000.00, end of the term i was paid back R 7090.00. When enquiring about this I was told that is because I have cancelled my investment before end of contract that is why so little money paid to me.<br> <br> Secondly I had en experience with the Bank whereby the money went missing in my account without my knowledge. With the help of hellopeter the money was paid back to me on 2 July 2015. A month later the same thing happened I again. I have made a complaint with the Bank but still until today no one came to me.<br> <br> Please help me on this situation as the only choose I got is to close all my account with this Bank<br> <br> Thanks
