MONEY MAKING SCHEME BANK

Standard bank is a zero-rated bank in the world according to me. Handed me over to MBD, no statement was sent from standard bank or MBD, I went to the standard bank at Northgate Mall, Gauteng to inquire about the letter of demand, I received from MBD, where I received bad service and I was treated like a ******** because my ID was broken and said what if I stole someone's identity, I will never forget the consultant who gave me the worst attitude like it's her bank, I was judged, I also provided my drivers license and refused to assist. I asked what should I pay for? both parties did not provide me a statement but just a threatening letter from MBD (MBD advised that I must go to the police station for Affidavit which I submitted that I did not take any loan with the standard bank. Today I have to pay MBD for something I am not sure of, the first letter's subject stated "STANDARD BANK LOAN" which I did not take a loan them, eventually said it was my cheque account I asked how can the cheque charges accumulate to R4000 over a period less than 1 year. I have escalated this issue even today standard bank does not provide statements. I have cancelled my Investment account with the bank. SORRY RATHER PUT MY MONEY UNDER THE MATTRESS OR GO ELSEWHERE NOT STANDARD BANK.
