Money making scheme

I am a STD bank custumer for more than 8 years and I was always loyal to the bank inspite of high charges. Last month I was changing job where in my previous job i was getting paid on the 15th however my employer informed me that I will get my last salary end of the month. Due to the fact that my new employer was going to pay me on the end of the month, i informed the banks to change debit dates, most of them resolved the debit dates however standardbank continued deducting the 15th. This resulted in minor debits to bounce resulting in bank charges amounting to R1000. Again on the 28th they debited 2nd debit, on the 29th requested them to reverse the debit but they informed me that it will only happen on the 5th of May where i objected as it will have conseqences as some debits will bounce if they don't pay my money. They told me to go and loan money instead which I objected. On the 5th they did not pay the money and they reversed the debits again resulting in additional loss. I am considering changing my bank as I cannot continue with a bank who pushes their agenda not considering client needs. When you call their complain centre they hangup, they have'nt paid my money even today.
