money lost on atm

Hi on Sunday afternoon the 14th of February, i was withdrawing R200 from my account and R4000 was taken from my account including R1500 from my credit card. The bank has been so slow in helping me telling me to wait 6 days before they can help. I do not have money and I am stranded. ***** was comitted on Standard banks atm and I have to suffer. I want my money bank today.<br> <br> I was told I would have received my money back in 6 days. It's more than 6 days later and I still have no money in my bank account. You people have no sense of urgency but when a person owes you, you call them a million times a day yet you fail to contact me when you're on the wrong.
