I've banked here my whole life and now my money just disappears! Agents don't know what they are doing. Shoving me around from one person to the next and then eventually dropping the line. They are quick to sell you something over the phone but customer service really sucks and now my money is GONE!!! I CAN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE
