Money hybernating in Std Bank suspense account

R12,943 transferred from Nedbank on 14/08/2015 to my GoldCard Acc, which never arrived, was traced by myself on 26/08/2015, and detail given to Lerato Marokhu at Std Bank Brooklyn Mall branch, who sent the required email to Std Bank's electronic account payment division that had to trace it, on 26/08/2015. All the details were given with photo copies - from which account money was transferred at Nedbank, where it was paid into at Std Bank, where mistake occurred: thus easily traceable. <br> <br> The amount of R12,943 is still not showing in my GoldCard Acc, still sitting in the Suspense Account of Std Bank, and has since accrued interest on my card, which should be reversed, as I brought it to their attention well before end of August. <br> <br> It feels that Std Bank is hiding behind the 21 days cited necessary to \trace"the amount"
