MONEY HUNGRY WITH NO REMORSE

So in 2016 i was retrenched from Anglo American, had a standard bank Check account with overdraft but had a creditsure insurance deducting from my account for specifically such a terrible fate as losing your job. Nevertheless Standard bank never wrote my debt off. The initially handed me over to a company Shapiro Shaik who does their collections which in my eyes are *****sters... Reason why I state this is that i paid this account to a mere 2000 and some couple but one day upon questioning a lady representing Shapiro Shaik about this credit sure, she became frustrated in my attempts to explain and then persistently called me every single day (dropping the call in my ear) and charging me for those attempted contacts.. She would call me from 07h00 in the morning and drop the phone from *** (sometimes consecutively) but not saying a word or from *** too...

So after 4 months of not wanting to pay this bill as I feel I have been hard done by, eventually Shapiro Shaik calls me and tells me that I owe them an amount of 5k plus almost 6k.

My question is... How does Standard Bank appoint companies like this that exploit, harrass and then finally solicit money from folks who have average lives? I am an average father of 3 who is busy working hard for a future for my kids.. We cannot afford much as school fees and life is very very expensive then these heartless *******s come along and try and do people wrong like that...

Shame on the lady who made it her point to fued against me and make it her point to cripple a person financiall, shame on Standard Bank for never coming to the table and giving me feedback about the credit sure deduction that I have evidence of on statements and then finaly shame on Shapiro Shaik for employing people who are harrasing, rude, non empathetic and carry no feeling for another human being that is trying to make a living for his kids.
