Money hungry bank
Unhelpful, greedy and threatening company that expects the world of its customers.
They allowed my dormant account (that was in a positive) with no activity of 5+ years to go into a negative. This account never had an overdraft approved. So to my wonderful surprise I found out I owe them money, they never contacted me. If someone owes you money... Firstly are you going to just leave it? Secondly if an account is inactive for years, why not just confirm with the client?
So I go into the branch to find out their policies to this and come to a diplomatic agreement.The consultant phoned their debt collections agency and they said they will take me to court... For me coming in to find out why and come to an agreement. Useless bank that doesn't offer any two way channel of communication.
